Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

Free delivery for RETAIL orders over R1000.00,which means all orders under R 1000.00 will pay a delivery fee starting from R 90.00 upwards.Orders will be sent to the address provided on web order or to the nearest courier guy depot for collection.Delivery lead times are 2-4 working days depending on the province.Note that NO Deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays,you can arrange collection from the nearest collection depot.

International Shipping

All orders shipped outside of South Africa will be subjected to freight charges.Freight charges will depend on the quantity and weight of your package and can only be confirmed once order is placed.Customers will be liable for any extra shipping costs for returns or exchanges.Customers can arrange their own collection from us, address (shop 4, 52 karel landman street Dundee).Office hours are Monday to Friday ( 07h30 to 17h30).Lead times for International shipments usually take 7-14 working days depending on the country.

Order Processing Time

Note our office hours are Monday to Friday 07h30 to 17h30. All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt taking our office hours into consideration. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has reflected.
